White diet


     That diet is very simple, you can eat only products of white color. It's also balanced diet, because every day contains almost all necessary matters for human body. The main concept of this diet is a little number of products.
     Try to avoid salt or take it less than usually.

you can eat:
  • Rice
  • White eggs
  • Dairy products
  • White meat of chicken
  • White bread
  • White kind of cheese
  • White kind of nuts
  • White beans
  • Cabbage
  • Non-fat milk
  • They advice to follow this diet only three day.

Your menu may be:

1 day:
Breakfast:
Pot cheese with sour cream, two toasts of white bread, green tea or mineral water.
Snack:
1 hard-boiled white egg.
Lunch:
Boiled rice, boiled chicken, salad (shredded cabbage, vinigar 1/4 teaspoon), green tea.
Dinner:
Two apples, a glass of yogurt.

2 day:
Breakfast:
A glass of yogurt, 3 ounces of cheese(any kind)
Snack:
2 backed potatoes.
Lunch:
Stewed white beans with 2 white eggs, salad (shredded cabbage, vinigar 1/4 teaspoon,seaweed(laminaria)), green tea
Dinner:
A banana, yogurt.

3 day:
Breakfast:
A cup of coffee without sugar with toast.
Snack:
Salad (cabbage).
Lunch:
Stewed white beans with 2 white eggs, salad (shredded cabbage, vinigar 1/4 teaspoon,seaweed(laminaria))
Dinner:
A banana, yogurt.
