Angel diet
     Length: 13 days. At the end of 13th day you can lose 14-15 lbs. For 14th day you can eat everything (little bit). Rule: do morning exercises every day.

Sunday
Breakfast:
A cup of tea without sugar.
Snack:
A banana.
Lunch:
Fry lean pork, green salad.
Dinner:
Green salad, cheese.

 

Monday
Breakfast:
A cup of coffee without sugar.
Snack:
A apple.
Lunch:
2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 raw tomato, 2 backed potatoes, lettuce.
Dinner:
A large fry steak, green salad.

 

Tuesday
Breakfast:
A cup of coffee without sugar with toast.
Snack:
A apple.
Lunch:
A large fry steak, green salad, 1 raw tomato, a cup of green tea.
Dinner:
A bowl of soup (every kind).

 

Wednesday
Breakfast:
A cup of coffee without sugar with toast.
Snack:
A cup of non-fat yogurt.
Lunch:
A large fry steak, green salad, a glass of fruit juice.
Dinner:
2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 slices of ham.

 

Thursday
Breakfast:
A cup of coffee without sugar with toast.
Snack:
A small handful of nuts.
Lunch:
A large fry steak, green salad, stewed cabbage, a cup of green tea.
Dinner:
2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 slices of ham.

 

Friday
Breakfast:
grated carrots with lemon.
Snack:
A banana.
Lunch:
Fry fish, 1 tomato, a cup of coffee without sugar.
Dinner:
Alarge fry steak, green salad, a glass of fruit juice.
Saturday
Breakfast:
A cup of coffee without sugar.
Snack:
A banana, a cup of non-fat yogurt.
Lunch:
A fry chicken, green salad, a cup of coffee without sugar.
Dinner:
A large fry steak, green salad.
     Additional liquid: only mineral water. Try to avoid salt(1/4 tea-spoon) and sugar.
