Fast diet
     Recommendation: Fellow this diet plan during a week, avoid sugar and salt. After it you may eat usual food, during next week. Then repeat diet. You can lose 18-20 lbs. per month.

Food:
20- 22 ounces of boiled chicken (without salt), part it into 5 portions, eat it during a day.
Drink:
8-10 ouces of mineral water.
2 day
Food:
20- 22 ounces of cottage cheese, part it into 5 portions, eat it during a day.
Drink:
8-10 ouces of kefir or skimmed milk.
3 day
Food:
5 baked potatoes, part it into 5 portions, eat it during a day.
Drink:
a cup of tea with slice of lemon after each food.
4 day
Food:
1,5 kilogram of green apple, eat it during a day.
Drink:
nothing, necessary liquid contains in apples.
5 day
Food:
20- 22 ounces of cottage cheese, part it into 5 portions, eat it during a day.
Drink:
8-10 ouces of kefir or skimmed milk.
6day
Food:
20- 22 ounces of boiled chicken (without salt), part it into 5 portions, eat it during a day.
Drink:

7 day
Breakfast:
2 eggs, a cup of tea.
Lunch:
1 banana, a cup of skimmed milk.
Dinner:
7 ounces of red meat + green salad, a cup of tea.
Before bed:
an orange.
