Late Night Worker

Hi Kate

My name is Greg, I work as a network administrator for two companies. One during the day and one also at night. Working at night was causing me to eat after 8 pm which is what I don't like to do. I work out constantly but the late night eating hurts. I have started the boiled egg diet to cleanse my system then I will due a regular eating plan using the ABS diet plan to control my eating. I have increased my strength training and cardio. Hopefully I can lose more weight I am trying to lose about 45 - 50 lbs. Can you recommend a better way?

Some years ago I also worked at night, it was physical business. Of course I ate at night, but I didn't
grow fat, cos I burned every calorie.
You have to eat enough to keep your body in a good condition. You can try every diet, but change it according to you way of life.

I'm working at night too. I'm 46.
Some years ago I noticed put on weight. Now my weight is 267 lbs.
Of course I eat every night, usually
it is fast food.
I really want to lose weight. I think
I'm really faaaaaaaaat
