consider your new eating plan to be a way of life change. Strength training for your upper body will develop the chest muscles that support your breasts and improve their looks.

I have also just had a child. she is 9 mounths now and I am still at 219. Doc. said breast feeding would help but I dryed out after 4 mounths. I can only hope that this new calorie counter will help me see what I am doing wronge. So hang in there Jemmy your not alone.

Hi, Karen
Two years ago I tried to lose weight and I was keeping a diary and tried to write down almost every day, but day by day it became more seldom, and then I stopped keeping a diary. I think it was, because I had not companions in my hard way, I didn't meet with support among my friends, relatives and my weight stopped and began to grow again. Now I know that keeping a diary can help us if we have necessary support and motivation.
