hey! i started this diet yesterday and when i checked my weight today i GAINED a pound even though i'm eating everything that said there and i always walk for an hour everyday. i really wanna lose weight please... :'(...

Don't give up. To lose weight is really hard, I know it from my own experience. I did everythink what I could to lose weight and only a pound per 2-3 days I'd lost. Drink more water and do exercises what can you do more and more day by day.
