Diet Help

I am an over the road driver, female, with husband. Unfortunately the foods out in the truckstops are not that great but I try to watch what I eat. My biggest challenge is an exercise routine that fits in the truck and snacks while driving. I need to lose 40 pound in the rear. Any suggestions or thoughts?

have you heard about pilates?
its a great exercises for you.
and ya of course watch what you eat.
you should have change your regular diet because body needs change to take an effect.

control your caloric intake.
prepare clean fruit to road like apples, pears...to take and eat at road time. Dont peel them.
