1. Drink a lot of water
You need at least 7-8 glasses of water every day. Try to drink some water before meal.Drink water instead of milky drinks or alcohol, diet sodas, juices. Clean water with a slice of lemon without sugar help you to lose weight.

2.Count your daily caloric intake.
In order to lose weight, ingest less calories than you burn

3.Eat small meals more often.
My mom began to eat small meals every 4 ours month ago and she lost 16 lbs already.

I agree with Brilliant & I'd like to add..
Water is essential for burning calories. Try to drink a glass of water before every meal. People who drink eight or more glasses of water per day burn more calories than those who drink less. Try to drink a glass of water before every meal.
