The french diet doesn't give quantities for lots of the foods, so does this look right? Please help
1 day:
Breakfast:
a cup of coffee.
Lunch:
2 eggs, 1 cup lettuce, 1 tomato.
Dinner:
3 oz boiled lean meat, 1 cup lettuce.
2 day:
Breakfast:
a cup of coffee, 1 dried crust.
Lunch:
3 oz boiled lean meat.
Dinner:
1 boiled lean frankfurter, 1 cup lettuce.
3 day:
Breakfast:
a cup of coffee, 1 dried crust.
Lunch:
1 fried carrot, 1 tomato, 1 orange.
Dinner:
2 eggs, 1 lean sausage, 1 cup lettuce.
