hi there
is it possible to translate the ounces and pounds into kilograms and grams please. I was reading this on the new top model diet.

Hi,Elaine
1 ounce = 28.3 g.
3 ounces = 85 g
6 ounces= 170 g

1 lb(pound)= 453.6 g
6 lbs. = 2721 g

Approximately you can lost 3 kg
