need help with this diet( takes a sec)

i want to do the topmodel diet not the new one but the old one and i was wondering if i do it for a month non stop, and lets say i loose the minimum weight of 6 pounds in 3 days does that mean that in 30 days i will loose 60 pounds right ( thats my goal) and also if i do an hour of treadmill a day and exercise at home

The Topmodel diet is recommended only for 3 days. It contains a little of necessary elements, that is way follow it only 3 days. Make a pause 2 weeks to begin again The Topmodel diet.

You are going to hurt yourself like this. What is your ideal weight ? Divide that by two. This is how much protein you should be eating daily. Stay with raw vegetables and salads, minimal carbs (whole grain), do NOT WORRY about : olive oil, canola oil, and sunflower oil. Uncooked, they are tremendous fat burners (only if you exercise). Two teaspoons a meal is perfect. Get your protein from skimmed milk (excellent source), egg white, canned tuna fillets, non fat cheeses, chicken breasts, lean beef, ... When you exercise, especially cardio, do it on an EMPTY stomach, like in the morning. If possible, in a cold environment. Don't wear extra clothes. You need to be cold when you exercise if you want to burn fat. Spread out your meals evenly per day. Drink water, walk whenever you can (stairs are excellent), do some running, and hit the weights three times a week. This should be your life style. Just look up the nutritional value of the good foods. You'll be looking like a model forever !!
