Thanks so much for the nice software, how does one save a backup file?
Is there also a way to have the list of all the database items in a Excel file, so I can view your methodology of listing foods? Once I would see it it would make it so much easier to find the item i want.

Thank you

Hi Mirv, thanks for your comment.
There is no way to have the list of the database items in a Excel file.
When you need save a backup files, you may save folders "C:\Program Files\Diets In Details\db" and "C:\Program Files\Diets In Details\note".

Just found this gift of a program. Feeling lower than a snail today because of weight issues. Very sad indeed. The program looks like it will be fun. Maybe help take away some of this sadness while entering weights from past month and learning the program. Can anyone explain how to print out several months at one time and also how to print out foods eaten - all to be given to doctor every 3 months??
Thank you Thank you for this program.

Thank you so much for making this program available! I am from Canada so it can be difficult to match the different foods since our resturants are a little different, and the US has lots more than Canada doesn't have, but I still really enjoy it and find it helpful. Thanks again!!!

Hello Kate,
For being free software it is perfect. People complaining about misspelling and misspelling while they are complaining is absurd. You didn't pay for it. Hey what do you expect for free! Good grief people!

I love your program, and I appreciate all the effort you have put into. Great job!

It doesn't matter. But if you began to put your weight in kg you should continue as well. It is not necessary to put weight every day, but please don't forget unit of measure(kg os lbs)it is a great difference in the chart:)
