Hello, Angela
If you want to find food from the list, write it in search field.
ex: to find "an apple"
fruit:apple
you can write only "fruit" and to choose apple from the list.
Try to get accustomed, it's very simple
Thanks

Hello, Wayne.
If you have a mistake when you make up a list of eaten food (in "Food"), you can remove it (Delete selected) and every your change will automatically reflect in chart.
Thanks

Thank you for creating this software. I found something similar, but the blokes wanted $40.00. I am very thankful for your generous gift to the world in making this available for free. By the way your software has more foods in the list than the paid for version! Hats off to you all. I am looking forward to the addition of a exercise counter to this software.

Any Chance we could get printable reports in the software? I could share my results with my support group then!

I am a Support group leader and I am looking for a good free software to recommend for my group. I love the interface yours has but I meed the information to be printable. So my members can share their weekly menus and their data on weight loss. Also the Food list makes me have to scroll to see everything I have eaten. I need to be able to see it all at once. Is it possible to make that happen?

Hello, Dori
thanks for your comments. Our software is free and it meens use its first version. Maybe we'll make new version pay attention to your notes or other people, but it will be not free certainly

No disrespect intended, but please explain your terrible command of the written English language. Your spelling and grammatical errors are too numerous for you to be from the U.S. The word "Weight" is even spelled incorrectly in your software. You deffinitely need a dictionary! Good Luck!

I really think the program is very useful.
The only problem I have is there are sooo many differnt types of the same items it is difficult to find one...ie Apple...regular normal apple. If you type in apple you get three hundred items. I would take out all the different brands or resturants names...generally if a Hamburger has lets say 400 calories and it weight is 1/4 lb. then it will not vary between vendors.
I know that everyone has something to say...but I think you should keep it simple.
Thanks for the program.

Thank you and your husband so much for the gift of this program, and your continued support. As a programmer I understand the hours that goes into creating even the most basic of programs, again Thank You. Is there any way to add items to the list, along with the nutritional information?

Thanks so much for the nice software, how does one save a backup file?
Is there also a way to have the list of all the database items in a Excel file, so I can view your methodology of listing foods? Once I would see it it would make it so much easier to find the item i want.
