Top model diet

This diet lasts for three days - when I finish this diet how many days must I wait till I can do it again?

I think twice per month with 2 weeks interval.
Don't eat at night these 2 weeks, avoid fat food, more fruits that contain fibre (apples,oranges).

I think that is about right. I'll try the top model diet then two weeks of eating mainly fruits and vegetables (apples, oranges, lettuce, celery, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots & brocolli) and lean protein like skim milk, tuna and chicken breast. That works well for me. No fatty foods and no high carb foods like bread, pasta, potatoes or bananas. I'm thinking no food after 6pm would be good or maybe I should make it earlier like 3pm or 4pm so I go to bed a little hungry?

Don't do that to your body! You need to respect it and yourself, eat for health and treasure what you have been given

Eating fruits, vegtables and lean protien is treasuring you body! and if you give in to eating past 6 try to make some cabbage soup with ceyanne pepper or a large cup of green tea!!!

Try New Top model diet. I think it won't be so hard for you. Don't forget to follow it only three days.

I can't never go by weight alone. I look at my body at the mirror and I still see fat on my upper thighs and fat on my back. At the present time I have to drop another 4 pounds to like myself. I am 104 pounds, 5.4 inches and walk daily over an hour rain or shine. Before I drop any weight I actually get sick first. I welcome this as positive side effect that my body is consuming stored fat. Then I must wear my new weight at least 5 days to make it stick. Remember ladies our bodies are programmed in 48 hours processing time.It is very complex. Hormones, salt, carbs, stress, age etc.I can go on and on! Real weight management is tough bottle to fight for life.

@Sonay -- The reason you still have fat is because you are human. As Humans, we have to have some fat. But if you want less, try blogilates (on YouTube)workouts. They kill the fat and build the muscle.

Missy is right. Try to have more muscles, eat less fat food, drink more clean water. Try to have workout at least 3 times a week.
