Keep getting prompt to upgrade

and I have the latest version, according to the website. Almost every time I open the software, I get prompted to upgrade.
Will I lose all my info I've input in the past several weeks if I upgrade?

17 Apr, 2009, News: The new version of DietsInDetails is available. Installation of new version do not require uninstall prev version of DietsInDetails.
You will not lose database, just install new version over old version.
